CE Workshop Series | Ayurveda: Practical Applications in Teaching Yoga, Part 3

Ayurveda is a sister science to yoga and one of the oldest natural healing systems on the planet, with South Asian roots. The final part of this three-part workshop series will narrow in on the key sites, gunas, and five sub-doshas of Vāta (the vayus), as they pertain to bodily functions, pranayama practices, and asana. There will be readings from classical sutras and a short grounding practice to balance vāta dosha (space and air elements).
