DESCRIPTION:Ayurveda is a sister science to yoga and one of the oldest natural healing systems on the planet\, with South Asian roots. The final part of this three-part workshop series will narrow in on the key sites\, gunas\, and five sub-doshas of Vāta (the vayus)\, as they pertain to bodily functions\, pranayama practices\, and asana. There will be readings from classical sutras and a short grounding practice to balance vāta dosha (space and air elements).
