SUMMARY:CE Workshop | The Bhagavad Gita: Chapter Two and the Asana\, Part 3
DESCRIPTION:Author and longtime yoga practitioner Matthew Sanford comes together with Yoga Alliance’s VP of Standards Dr. Christa Kuberry for a probing multi-part discussion about Chapter Two of the Bhagavad Gita and its possible applications in asana practice. Conversation topics range from setting the historical context for this ancient text to insights that might be drawn from Arjuna’s moral dilemma and Krishna’s responses to him\, to how a contemporary practitioner might integrate such insights into their yoga practice. Each session includes a short yoga practice.
