CE Workshop | Myofascial Release and Trigger Points

Myofascial release focuses on reducing pain by easing tension and tightness in certain body trigger points. Localizing pain can be difficult, so myofascial release is often used over a broad area of muscle and tissue. Props suggested: 2 lacrosse balls, tennis ball, softball, Yoga blocks, foam roller
