CE Workshop | How to Teach Restorative Yoga Online

Learn how to help your students create a restorative environment at home. Learn how to offer substitutions of non-traditional yoga props to make an at home restorative practice more accessible, structure restorative shapes specifically for Autumn. For this workshop you will need 2 or 3 pillows (preferably “bed sized”), 2 or 3 bath towels, 2 rolls of paper towel, 2 books, warm and comfy clothes, yoga mat, your favorite essential oil or scented candle (optional), 1 eye pillow or folded hand towel.
