Workshop attendees will receive an epic dose of grassroots business support to help boost income and morale, especially for wellness coaches, meditation teachers, and yoga studio owners.

Presenter Angela (Dharma) Fears has designed this yoga session to allow for a personal experience of energetic anatomy. This session supports harmony and awareness in the body. Breath, meditation, and movement guide participants to experience fluid movement and traditional yoga. Plus, built-in contemplation time makes space for reflection on the experience.
