Yoga Lineages | An Introduction to Viniyoga

In this event, wellness expert Kim Weeks and Gary Kraftsow, Founder and Director of the American Viniyoga Institute, explore the origins, evolution, and modern-day story of the lineage of Viniyoga: a comprehensive and authentic transmission of the teachings of yoga including asana, pranayama, bandha, sound, chanting, meditation, personal ritual, and study of texts.
