CE Workshop | Ahimsa: The Audio Memoir on Yoga, Wellness, and Black Lives in 2020

Ahimsa, often translated as non-harm, is the first of the Yoga Sutras' ethical principles. This workshop asks the question, how are we practicing Ahimsa in our lives, right now? In anticipation of Dr. Yasmene Mumby's upcoming audio documentary, Ahimsa: the audio memoir on yoga, wellness, and Black lives in 2020, join her and moderator Quentin Vennie for a learning experience.

CE Workshop | Manifesting Business

Sit with presenter Jacqui Bonwell to learn about the art of curbing stress and drama when it comes to teaching yoga. She will take you through lighthearted, wise stories and contemplation of manifestation. Workshop attendees will receive an epic dose of grassroots business support to help boost income and morale, especially for wellness coaches, meditation teachers, and yoga studio owners.

CE Workshop | Functional Movement of the Shoulder Girdle

CE Workshop | Men Care Now Fellowship: Creating a Safe and Inclusive Space for All Men

Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are critical to understanding various perspectives and building personal development and community growth. The first step to building a community that fosters DEI is creating strong principles and delivering powerful and helpful information that can lead to increased risk awareness and greater compassion. By allowing each individual to find what works for them—and by bringing those experiences together using a rigorous framework—so many more people have the opportunity to find out how yoga can benefit their life. In this class, presenters discuss this central topic and share individual offerings and experiences.
