She’ll be joined by Emma Stern (E-RYT 500), a somatic and mental health counselor and Teacher Trainer at The Driven Yogi. This workshop introduces students to trauma-informed yoga in the studio setting and acknowledges the complexity and nuance of trauma-informed care, the need to unpack power dynamics as an essential part of the work, as well as applicable best practices. In part 1, we explore the concept of trauma-informed care and harm-reduction practices.

Yoga in Healthcare: Exploring Integration and Impact

Join an exploratory conversation into the topic of yoga integration into health care settings.
