CE Workshop | TriYoga: Prāṇa Vidyā, Level 1

TriYoga is a systematized method that includes seven levels of Prāṇa Vidyā practices. Level 1 introduces internal and external breath retention practices with Uḍḍīyana Bandha (Navel Lock), Mūla Bandha (Root Lock), and Jalandhara Bandha (Chin Lock). The practice concludes with a concentration kriya to calm and focus the mind, leading into meditation.
