In honor of Black History Month in presenter Shola Arewa’s home country England, this workshop series details the roles of the Goddess, Gods, and how they relate to African spirituality. Caroline also discusses the matrilineal tradition and introduces Kundalini Shakti.

Participate in an introduction to meditation and learn about its history. This workshop features Buddha's stories and teachings and introduces the Four Noble Truths and the Eight-fold Path. Participants will conclude with a loving-kindness (Metta) meditation.
